I have a Frick's Supertrim Bone-in ham for Christmas...(16 lb.)..
I'm looking for a recipe for this ham. I have my old everyday recipe that I have been using for years, but I want to try something different. Risky yes, with 34 people coming for Christmas dinner, but I'll look at the recipe and decide if I will use it. I
am not a sweet/ sour person. I normally use cloves pushed into the ham about 20,,, some pineapple rings for looks and maybe a little flavor, and some orange juice about a cup pretty much for moisture. I looked on here but nothing really knocked my socks
So, I'm just looking for something different. If you have any idea's, please swing them my way. But please, NO MAYONNAISE that is disgusting.
