Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2012
Very Salty and I did not get 8 cups. I think If I try this again I would use low sodium chicken broth and use less broth and more water.I added a potato to remove some of the salt, it helped a bit. I froze this and I am planning on adding a jar of Heinz gravy to improve it.

Classic Creamy Coleslaw

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2011
This was a great recipe however the celery seed was way to much, it overpowered the other flavors. The next time I will only add a teaspoon of the celery seed.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
Excellent, the entire family loved it at Thanksgiving; I used Balsamic vinegar in place of the white wine vinegar. The only thing I will do different next time is serve the salad with the dressing in a cruet on the side, if it doesn’t all get eaten quickly it becomes mushy and it’s too good to throw out J

Mom's Yeast Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2003
The flour amount is WAY off and I should have followed my intuition and let the rolls rise in the pan before baking like any other bread, they are too small and heavy, dont waste your time on this one, it is a way off recipe.

Amish Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2003
Really delicious, hubby gobbled up the entire loaf in 2 days . He commented it was the best meatloaf I ever made, the one thing we both agreed on was that there was too much sauce on the top, next time I will cut in 1/2. It may sound sweet but the vinegar and mustard cut the sweetness..This one a keeper!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2002
The meat part was good but the brown sugar and ketchup sauce was way too sweet. I usually use brown sugar and ketchup for my topping but not as much. Hubby didnt care for it because of the sweetness. I will make this again but with only a small amount of brown sugar.

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2002
I thought this was an excellent recipe. I did not add anchovies but took other reviewers advice and added an extra clove of garlic. I dont think I will do that next time because it had a tad too much garlic flavor. The dressing is on the thick side, I am not sure what I will use try to thin it. Some of the others said they added olive oil but I am afraid that will make it greasy. I may try some milk or just water to thin it out.

Aussie Chicken

I liked this recipe but it was way too salty! I would make it again omitting the seasoned salt and maybe try a honey mustard dressing already prepared to make it quicker
