Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
I changed up the recipe slightly, using minced garlic and salt rather than garlic salt, I also used Garlic and Onion diced tomatoes. The chicken was tender and juicy. I found the 1/2 cup of Balsamic slightly overpowering and would try it again with a little less. Overall a delicious and healthy recipe.

Easy recipe, the less fat on the ribs the better. They went over great at the party. Would do it again.

Beer Cheese Soup III

We had a "beer" themed dinner with our club. This went over very well. We made it for 12, ok lots of soup for 12 people!

Cube Steak Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Great way to use that meat in the freezer. Used crutons in place of the crackers. Places over a whole wheat pasta with a great cabernet sauvignon from Chile. We will do this one again. Enjoy

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
I have a feeling this one will become a staple around our house, my husband won't stop talking about it. Yes it's true about their hearts and their stomachs! I used extra parmesan cheese and skinless chicken breasts. I highly recommend and enjoy!

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
The rosemary overpowered the taste of the chicken and the chicken turned out quite dry. The flavour of the garlic, lemon and rosemary didn't penetrate the meat. Though a heart health recipe.

Orange Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
Carrots were delicious, I would drain off some of the orange juice next time and create more of a glaze before serving.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
Liked but I did several changes. OK first I steamed fresh mushrooms and broccoli. Added it to the mixture. I used fresh basil too. I also used 2 cups of egg noodles. I then added 4 crushed garlic cloves to to cracker topping. All with some grated cheese on top. Mmm I will do this one again.

Easy one to make, I would like more "pop" flavour. I did use skinless chicken. I would use a flavour injector next time, but there will be a next time! mmmm

Tasty and refreshing. Just be cautious of the high staining potential.
