Refried Beans Without the Refry
Excellent. I had to cut the recipe down to 2/3 of the original because I only had 2 cups of beans and it worked fine. I was surprised how much flavor they had and will probably never buy canned beans again! I didn't need 8 hours of cooking, though - mine were done in about half that time, and I only needed to add extra water twice. I also used a mixture of chicken and vegetable stock instead of plain water to begin with.

Sun-dried Tomatoes I
HOW TO STORE: put the dried tomatoes in jars and then fill up with olive oil just to cover. This is where you can get creative and use infused oil or put some garlic cloves, basil, capers, rosemary etc in with them if you wish. I've seen other recipes that say to store them for a couple weeks before using. Hope this helps.

Homemade Fresh Pumpkin Pie
Awesome. I altered the spices by adding an additional 1/2 tsp each as another reviewer suggested and it was a hit!
