Shrimp Artichoke Dip

Honestly, I didn't really like this recipe as is. I made one small batch to taste it, and after tasting it decided to try adding about 3/4 cup of sour cream (to a doubled recipe). It turned out REALLY GOOD! That would be my only suggestion. I sent it to a party with a friend, and when I arrived later, I was met at the door by three people asking for the recipe (before they even knew my name!)

Sticky Buns

I made the recipe for the dough and mixed it with a recipe from my sister in law for the cinnamon filling and topping (bottom). I have to say that it was a FANTASTIC dough recipe and I really enjoyed it. You defintely have to be patient and make sure you let it rise thoroughly. I'm going to try cutting it in half today. Hopefully they'll turn out just as good.

Spinach Artichoke Feta Ball

Well, I'm finishing up this recipe as I write, and I must say that I tried a little bit of the mixture with just a tiny bit of ranch dressing in a separate bowl and I"m glad that I did. It's a no brainer for me. Definitely leave the Ranch Dressing mixture out. It tastes more "real." The ranch makes it taste really salty.

Raspberry Pie I

I am making this pie today for Thanksgiving. My family--especially my husband-- loves this recipe. I follow it exactly (I use frozen berries most of the time. And it comes out great. Give it at least 4 hours to set.

Greek Penne and Chicken

I made this recipe once as is and L-O-V-E-D it!!! WOOOPS--that's not true. I guess I used yellow onion because I didn't have red onion. But we still loved it. I'm making it again with a few healthy changes. I'm taking the advice of some of the readers and using olive oil instead of butter and I'm going to be using whole wheat pasta because it's so much better for you and I think it tastes good. The serving number is off considerably but I appreciated it because I count on left overs for later. We had the left overs a couple of times over--stayed good for 2 days. I'm very thankful for this recipe. Also, I think this recipe should be skipped if you don't like artichokes. The artichokes are really what make the dish over-the-top!

Grilled Chicken Burgers

My husband was skeptical the first time. Bue he liked them a lot. And when I told him I was making them again today he was excited. These really are fabulous burgers. They don't hold together like a fatty hamburger, but if you're relatively delicate about it, they'll stay together okay.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I will probably make it many more times. I think the taste of tilapia is really bland, but this topping dressed it up so much that it was truly enjoyable, not to mention SUPER easy.
