Cheese Fondue

Excellent classic fondue. Don't like nutmeg, so I omitted that. If you have flour allergies, it's easy to substitute cornstarch or tapioca starch straight up for the flour.

Basic Fondue

This recipe is basic and beautiful. It is also infinitely adjustable to taste using white wine, beer, cream, etc. You can use any mixture of cheeses in place of the cheddar. You can also substitute cornstarch for the flour. Or tapioca starch if you have wheat or corn allergies.

Orange Pecan French Toast

Yummy, yummy, yummy! I made it for Christmas brunch and it was a hit. The only modification I made was to add an extra egg in place of the egg whites, since I didn't want to think up something to do with the yolks.

Spaghetti Squash I

Not enough flavour for me. I prefer to bake my squash face-up, drizzled with a bit of olive oil and sprinkled with dried basil and oregano. Then use that as the base for squash recipes.
