Tamale Loaf

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
This turned out pretty good. I didn't have cream style corn so use regular canned sweet corn and celery salt in place of celery since I didn't have that on hand either. Still turned out really good. Thanks for the post.

Carne Guisada II

This was so good. Poured over rice, used heated leftovers in flour tortillas the next day, with green onions, sour cream with cheese. Yummy!!

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
This turned out moist and delish. I did rub some seasonings, garlic powder, cracked black pepper and some rosemary into loin before rolling into bread crumbs. This is my personal preference when cooking. I like seasonings. Thanks for the post.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2007
My family had mixed reviews on this dish. I personally did not care for I found the flavors overpowering, but two of the guys thought it was wonderful. I will not make again but their wifes now have the recipe. Thanks for the post.

Madi's Mushrooms

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2007
These were great, if you can't find the Thai seasoning then don't make it. It adds the extra zing that cinnamon can't. You can find it in an Asian store or if your lucky like we our we have an ethnic store that sells just about anything you could want. Thanks for the post.

Ginger Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
After making this the first time we also found it a little bland so the second time I deglazed the pan with aq little white wine and added a ground black pepper rub with garlic and a little extra dijon mustard. Turned out great. Thanks for the post.

Alfredo Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
These turned out really good. I did use homemade alfredo sauce and also added sauteed onion. This was really good. I think next time I will try half and half to cut back on the calories. Thanks for the post.

Almond-Topped Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
We thought this was ok, I skipped the almonds since my family don't like nuts of any kind on their foods. They thought this was ok.

Maple-Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
I liked these but found them a little to sweet for us, so I would either cut back on the brown sugar or syrup. I think the sauce would be good on pork loin with some of the sweetness gone. Thanks for the post.

Easy Pasta Alfredo

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
I was surprised at how well this turned out since it was so fast and easy. But this goes over great with fettucine noodles when in a fix for looking for homemade.

Dorothy's Stefado

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
I don't know, maybe I did something wrong, but my family and I did not care for this. I omitted the bay leaf since my family does not like and also thought maybe the cinnamon could be cut down some. Thanks for the post.

Poppy Seed Chicken II

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2007
This turned out really moist and good. I did add some extra seasonings to it. I also cut back a little on the sour cream, though I like to make the recipes on here as is, I knew my family would find the sour cream a little to much. I like to use it to enhance the flavor of the foods. Thanks for the post.

Chicken Caesar Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
I don't know if I did something wrong but this came out with to much of a salad dressing oily taste for us. Maybe cut back on the salad dressing and vinegar some. Will try again with modifications.

Proper English Cottage Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2007
We liked this, made recipe to a T. Next time I will cut back on the cinnamon as it was just a little to strong for us and maybe add some garlic, only because we like it in our dishes.
