These were so yummy. I used a fattier ground beef because we grilled them and they were juicy and loved by all. Thanks for the post.

Caper Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2008
I ended up straying away from the original recipe since I didn't have all ing. on hand. I subbed hot sauce for the steak sauce and it turned out very good. I do plan on trying it with the steak sauce and also giving it a go with Heinz 57 sauce.

Hot Chicken Salad IV

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
This is a good recipe to tweak to your preference. I made it as is but we like our veggies a little more cooked, so the second time around sauteed them in a little olive oil and butter. Mixed all ing. added cheese to the top and skipped the potato chip mix. Turned out pretty good for a fast dinner. Thanks for the post.

Fried Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2008
We loved these, I sub green onion and instead of butter use butter grapeseed oil by Wildtree, though I have to buy it from there website and it is a little more expensive, it is so light that it's even good with using a little and dipping a nice chunk of crusty bread in.

Linguine with Fresh Sage-Caper Sauce

Very good, I did cut back on the sage and bay leaf only because that is my families preference. I also added some blackened chicken to the top when served. Turned out very good. Thanks for the post.

Quick Creamy Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I personally thought this was very good. I made it for a sick relative but probably should have made something a little less heavy for her. Took the left overs home and my husband loved it. He's asking when I'm going to make it for him.

I made this for my mom who was sick and it turned out very good. She didn't have American cheese so I subbed with velvetta cheese that she had on hand. Came out very rich and creamy.

Southwestern Style Twice Baked Potatoes

I have to agree, I love potato skins or any potato, but after making these for the game, after the first batch, I just sauteed the veggies together before baking and adding the cheese. The guys enjoyed and loved them. Thanks for the post.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
This turned out great, I did as another reviewer suggested and put foil over the top so it would not splatter. Great concept especially if your making a lot for different recipes for a party. You can even throw in some diced onion or garlic to cook along with it. Thanks so much for the post.

Byrdhouse Easy Ginger Beef Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
These turned out wonderful. I had to sub some ing. to what we had on hand, so would like to try as the recipe states and update. Though we like ginger I did cut back a little as I did the celery and added some green pepper and instead of chili oil added some adobo chiles and juice, it's just what we had on hand. Cooked all the veggies, chili and sauce with the meat until about medium, browned the hoggie rolls, added the ing. and topped with provolone cheese till melted. We loved it. Thanks for the post.

Asian-Glazed 'Melt-in-Your-Mouth' Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2008
I made this tonight and it was awesome. I brined the meat the night before and popped it into the slow cooker. It was moist and delish. I did have a lot of the sauce left over so I popped it into the fridge and plan on using it on chicken tomorrow night. Thanks so much for the post.
