Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2006
I thought this was so good and so easy. I do wish I had read the other reviews first (I trusted the ratings) and tried to double the dressing and use beef stock. It was yummy as is, but I bet it would be explosive with flavor if I used those recommendations. We served it on portuguese rolls and loved them. Can't wait to try it again.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2006
This was so good. The only thing I did different was I used one more layer of noodles topped with sauce and mozzerella. We prefer a thicker lasagna. It was incredibly tasty and we even brought half of it to my inlaws. It had been a long time since I made lasagna because the last was not so good. But I will make it more often now.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
I prepared this exactly as it says and it was so good. I had lots of compliments for it. I served it with crackers (toppers) and fritos and people seemed to prefer the fritos.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2006
The sauce on these was so good. I would have liked to marinate it over night but didn't have the chance to do that. I also drained the pan before adding the sauce the second time. I can't wait to try this on chicken and try it for grilling. it was such a good combination.

Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 9, 2006
This was so tasty. We had to roast it in the oven instead of grilling but it was still so good. I can't wait to try it on the grill. This is the first time I have used rosemary (novice) and the smell and taste was great.

London Broil I

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
i made this exactly as it says but doubled it for more steaks. The flavor was fantastic and the steaks were so tender. I marinated it for 24 hours. I have also used steak sauce on all my steaks in the past but not this time. And it was good cold on a salad the next day.

Kielbasa Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
This was good. We used turkey kielbasa and a jar and a half of alfredo sauce. We also used ziti because we didn't have egg noodles. I think it worked well together.

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
I served this along with fresh french bread to dip in it and it was so good. I agree with others that this recipe doesn't make a lot so you may want to double or triple it.

Amish Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: May 31, 2006
This was so good!!! I used very little sugar because I prefer it less sweet. I tripled the recipe and it was a huge hit. Except for the sugar, I followed the recipe exactly as stated.

Turkey Tenderloins

Reviewed: May 21, 2007
We grilled the tenderloins instead of broiling them and they were very good. Other than that, I followed the recipe as is and we really enjoyed the taste that came from the marinade.

EAGLE BRAND® Chocolate Fondue

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
This chocolate fondue was fantastic. Just be sure to watch it and stir it all the time. My first batch was a bust but the second time was very good. We usually just melt chocolate bars but I decided to try this and I'm so glad I did.

Italian Roast Beef I

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2008
We really enjoyed this. I didn't use the oil but did run olive oil on it as recommended in another review. I was afraid the spiced would be overpowering but they weren't. I cooked this in a crockpot for 8 hours and it was so tender.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Reviewed: May 21, 2007
I loved the taste of the garlic with the asparagus. I had to substitute olive oil for butter because of dietary needs but would have loved to try it with the butter. Very simple and tasty.

American Chop Suey II

Reviewed: May 21, 2007
This was very good. I was worried about using tomato soup (I have always used sauce in the past) but it was tasty. The only thing I added was to place the mixture in a glass pan and cover it with american cheese slices. I put it in the oven and baked until until the cheese melted. (This was what my grandmother always did)

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
We had to use Pork Loin but it was still very good. I love pulled pork but I am not a fan of bbq sauce so this was perfect. My husband did add bbq sauce to his and also loved it. It was so easy and I can't wait to make it again.
