Cranberry, Apple, and Fresh Ginger Chutney

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
Great recipe. I have not tasted chutney before, but this was fresh, crunchy, sweet sour goodness. Great on turkey sandwiches and mixed in my chicken salad recipe. Thank You! I will be making this for the holidays for now on.

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2007
This was good, but not what my expectations thought it would be like. The crust was really good, the filling wasn't very firm like cheesecake, it was very silky, mouth fill was not what I was used to. Not very spicey, thought it could be a little more punchy. The family liked it but it wasn't the first thing to go.

Potato and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2007
What a great recipe. Nice change from my standard cheese potatoes. I made this for Easter the first time last year, everyone raved, I made a couple additions, to the bechamel I added dry mustard, and a pinch of nutmeg. For the cheese Gruyere, has a sharpe nutty flavor. Red potatoes with skins on or baby reds. I make enough for a 13x9 pan . Dont have to worry about leftovers pan is always clean. thank you
