Orange Chicken Stir Fry
Great recipe! I doubled the sauce mix and used corn starch instead of flour. I also added a bag of frozen stir fry veggie mix to add some green. Great served over rice! My picky boyfriend really enjoyed this dish!

Fabulous sauce!!! It was amazing, I even got our picky friends to eat it and want more! I added only 3 TBSP of oil (for 6 servings) and used petit diced tomatoes. I also used a whole can of tomato paste, but I wanted the sauce to be thick because I put it on pizza crust. One of the best pizzas I've had! Just top with mozzarella (smoked is the best) and you're good to go!! I will def be making this again!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
This is a great recipe! I made a few changes, which is why I'm only giving it four stars. First, I only use 3-4 TBSP of olive oil, six makes the sauce a little too oily. I also add red pepper flakes to make the sauce a little spicier (I don't measure this, I just throw them in) and around 1 TSP of sugar to cut the acidity of the tomatoes. As for the wine, I throw in 1/2 cup of whatever I have open; I've found that my favorite to use is Cabernet Sauvignon (but maybe because that's my favorite to drink). This can also turn into a fabulous bolognese simply by adding 1 lb of browned ground beef and doubling the recipe. This is truly a great sauce that I make at least twice a month.
