Pork Chops in Beer

Thought this was good, however I do think 2cups of ketchup is too much. I covered for 40mins then uncovered for 10mins. Different and a nice change from regular BBQ.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

My family loved these. They definitely had better flavor that lasted. Many chocolate chip cookies taste bland to me. Will definitely make these again and again.

I thought this was very good and very easy to make. I did add some onion and sauted with the mushrooms. I didn't use the full 2 c. of mozz cheese either but thought it didn't need that much. Flavor was good and definitely an easy weekday meal over rice.

Family really liked this recipe however I thought the basil and oregano was a little too overpowering. I will definitely make again but cut back on those 2 ingredients. Very good though.

Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Excellent dish! So easy and tasty. Pork just fell apart. I am not a huge fan of sauerkraut and I even enjoyed this dish. Husband loved it. I added some carrots and celery. Will make this again.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Very good. I would recommend mixing the butter and stuffing mix together then pour over chicken. Butter didn't go very far when just drizzled over top.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Couldn't get any easier than this recipe! I was looking for something to bake and realized I only had one egg and ran across this recipe. It was very, very good and super easy. I will try m&m's in them the next time for a little twist but definitely a keeper.

Dill Dip III

This is great. I halve the whole recipe (I don't have many to prepare for) and only use 1 teaspoon of seasoning salt. I have made it with green onion instead of grated onion and I love it that way also. Definitely more flavorful when refrigerated overnight.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

These are amazingly fudgy and chewy on the inside and little crispy on top. I love the texture of these brownies. I followed the recipe with no adjustments and I would highly recommend keeping it that way. Let cool completely or they will fall apart. Definitely a keeper and worth trying.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

This had good flavor. I don't know what I was expecting but mine was a little dry. My family really enjoyed it. I prefer a creamy sauce so I will try combining the egg and cheese together the next time as recommended by the other reviews.

My family was not real crazy about this one. I thought it was too salty but family tasted the flour. I was really impressed with the other reviews so maybe I will try to tweak this another way the next time.

Chicken Puffs

I have been making these for years. My kids love them. I use a 10-12 ounce can of chunk chicken, 3 oz cream cheese and 2 T. butter and bake at 350 until golden brown. Very delicious and a great, quick easy meal.

Cherry Crunch

Very good recipe. I used a 2 qt casserole dish and didn't need to add more cherry filling. Recipe is perfect just the way it is. Super easy and delicious. Thank you for sharing!

Creamy Chicken Breasts

Very tender and juicy chicken. I enjoy this recipe with just about any dressing. With thicker breasts, I put on medium high heat for 10 minutes each side.
