About this Cook
I'm in my mid 20's and I work full time. I also go to the gym about 5 times a week, take care of my dogs, and run most of the errands. I love cooking and because of my schedule, I am always always always looking for new quick and easy recipes to try.
My favorite things to cook
I always like cooking my mom's chicken enchilada recipe since I grew up with it. I also love pastas and I've been cooking a lot of casseroles lately.
My cooking triumphs
My meatloaf recipe and Italian pasta recipes are normally the most requested and highly praised
My cooking tragedies
I know it's such a simple thing but it's the store-bought garlic bread. I forget about it and burn it every time. I have a garlic bread curse!

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV
What I like about this recipe is that it's simple all the way around. The ingredients are things you are already likely to have in your cupboard, it doesn't take much prep or cook time, and that casserole's flavors are pretty simple - it would be a good dish to make for kids or picky eaters. If you're looking for tons of flavor though, look elsewhere. My boyfriend suggested adding another can of tuna, pepper to taste, and more cheese. I think if you experiment around with it a bit, it's sure to please everyone.

Spinach and Tortellini Salad
I love this recipe! I added some grilled chicken to it, and used fresh spinach instead. I absolutely love the fact that it's so easy to make and doesn't make a big mess to clean up afterwards.
