Blueberry Loaf Cake
The flavor of this cake is great, but I was disappointed that the blueberries fell to the bottom and the bottom of the cake stuck to the pan. I made this first in a metal loaf pan (sprayed very well with Pam spray). I thought perhaps the pan was the reason the bottom stuck, so I made it a second time in a pyrex glass loaf pan (again sprayed well) and it stuck again. We'll eat it, but I couldn't give this away to a friend like I had hoped to.
