Cheesecake

Based on other reviews, I left out the powdered sugar in the batter so it wasn't too sweet, and added strawberries upon serving. It did take closer to an hour to bake instead of the stated 25 minutes. Everyone loved it!

Oven Fried Chicken II

This was delicious, and the best part was no mess! I used seasoning salt (to taste) since I didn't have paprika, and omitted regular salt. I also added a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little kick and it was wonderful.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad

I love this recipe, it's the one I turn to for potato salad now. The only thing I do differently is cut back on the relish, I use just a few spoons of it, and I sprinkle paprika on top for a little color. Love it!
