This cake was amazing and really deserves 5 stars. The texture was fantastic and it came out of the over perfectly cooked and came out of the tin easily as well. I used it to make a birthday cake. next time i'll probably use bit more lemon because i like the taste but other than that it was a berfect cake, thanks.

Battenburg Cake

i made this with my sister today. the cake itself was nice but it doesn't taste the same as Mr Kipling's battenburg! I was a bit scared to attempt the marzipan so i just bought some. I would do it again though.

White Chocolate Cheesecake with White Chocolate Brandy Sauce

i have never made a cheeseckae which i actually enjoyed, until yesteray. this cheescake is FANTASTIC im definitely going to make it again. I am thinking about making the cheesecake with a base and then press in some Cadbury's Crunchie Nuggets.

White Chocolate Cake

i tried this recipe today, i come from the UK so i had to change it to metric. the cake tasted a bit like a sweet victoria sponge. The icing was quite nice but i had to stir it on the gas ring for quite a long time. My family seemed to enjoy it though.
