Spiced Beef Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2006
terrific! I'm stuffed but could easily go back for thirds. Used the crock pot about 6 to 7 hours which was plenty of time. Used the whole beer (Bud) yet there was no bitter taste I think it gave a bit of a barley flavor. I also used 3 garlic cloves rather than 2. Salt and Pepper on meat before browning and added celery. Thanks for a great one!

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2009
Excellent. I've used this recipe loads of times. Usually use a shoulder butt, however loins were on sale this week so I am using that instead. Use the coffee it adds to tenderness and flavor. I like to let everyone add their own bbq as there are normally lots of children floating around our place.

Cola Pot Roast I

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
This was terrific. I used the crock pot on high about 4 hours. I then took the meat out, cut it into serving size portions. Added 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (mixed with cold water) to the juice which made a nice gravy. Put the meat back in and let it cook another hour or so until everyone was home and ready to eat. Husband and kids (ages 4, 6, and 8) loved it, seconds all around!

Beef Stew II

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
The best of the best. We were still talking about how good it was 2 hours later. I have 3 kids 5,7,and 9 they all had seconds. The only change I made was to add a boulion cube to 2 cups of the water and I did add 3 potatoes. Enjoy this is great!

Honey Mustard Dressing I

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
This was great! I left out the soy sauce as I did not have any on hand, and I only used about 1/2 the Mayo (ran out) a little on the runny side, I'll add more to what's left over tomorrow after getting to the store.
