About this Cook
Semi-retired from transportation field. Mom of four and grandmother of four. Single for the past 13 years. I Dabble a bit in painting, crafts, and I'm learning more about good wines and good music. Would love to visit France someday and sample their fare.
My favorite things to cook
I especially love to cook dishes from Spain and Puerto Rico. From Spain a good seafood and chicken Paella. My favorites from Puerto Rico are fried plantains, arroz con gandules(pigeon peas),and Flan.

Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken
I love all the spices coming together in this dish. Next time I will increase the lime juice and the brown sugar so as to have a little more sauce.
