Chicken Marsala

WOW!~!! Thanks for helping me impress myself;;) lol This was such an easy and aromatic recipe, it will defiantely be a keeper for when company arrives. I did use a tad less Sherry and more marsala as I prefer those balances. I also added a quick slurry of the remaining flour (less than 1/4cup) and skim milk(1/4cup) to my doubled recipe for a bit creamier texture that I am more accustomed to. Thank you again for sharing such a great recipe!

German Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

If I could giver 10 I would...this recipe made me a pork chop fan! Love the authentic german flavors, we ate with buttered egg noodles sprinkled with paprika....thanks !

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

next time I will use less brown sugar, and ginger. I love brown sugar in my meatloaf, but this lends more sweet, not sure if that is from the ginger or the lack of onion....

Chive Cucumber Salad

Fabulous base recipe. I did exchange a few items for personal taste, 1/2cup light mayo 1/2cup light sour cream, scallions instead of chives, same amount of dill, and red wine vinegar...yum

Five Minute Ice Cream

If I could give this recipe 10 stars I WOULD! So thankful I found this, I never knew ice cream could be so easy. I have made this 3 times today, and 5 over the past week. Some flavors you should try: Mixed Fruit mint...pinapple, mango, strawberries peaches mix, and a handfullfresh mint with light cream and sugar fantastic! Blueberry peach mint frozen yogurt... 1.5 cup vanilla low fat yogurt and a frozen bag of each fruit, 1/8cup light cream and 1/2cup sugar so tasty Pear- 1 1lb jar of pears in light syrup drained and frozen, 1/4cup sugar and light cream...so refreshing! Thanks again!

Peanut Butter Frosting

Insanely good! Fabulous as written, thanks! Oh, and we used cheepo store brand peanut butter and it was fabulous, so I am not so sure that you should run out and get name brand peanut butter for this one!

Foolproof Rib Roast

Sooooooo delicious! We bought a 3.14lb prime rib roast and I did as told, for the first bit, but turned it down to 250 for 1.5hrs for the second and it was a PERFECT medium rib! Oh, and we had no garlic powder, so I made 5 slits thoughout the rib, and inserted whole cloves of garlic into them... last but not least I added a tbsp of rosemary to the rub....literally drooled while it was roasting, and the hubby took one bite and asked when I could get another rib! Thanks so much!

Pumpkin Marshmallows

Yum! A fabulous tasting marshmallow! I decided to try to make marshmallows today on a whim, and this recipe is very good! I do recommend adding the pumpkin mixture to taste, I made 2 batches and the second was a little less strong, which I preferred. Thanks for giving me a little treat to give my family's pumpkins

Chicken Tikka Masala

This masala sauce is so good! I did make a few changes because I used what I had on hand, half and half and tomato soup replaced heavy and sauce...the texture was so yummy! also, I like a little less heat so I omitted the pepper and the salt per other submissions...Thanks we will make it again!

Taco Seasoning III

really good base recipe...I swapped the onions for chives, and used 1/2 the salt and it was to my taste...Also, added 1/4cup ketchup and 1tbsp of balsamic to 1tsp for a zesty taco sauce!

Buffalo Chicken Wontons

Fun recipe! Totally as described, these are tasty and manly finger food! Perfect appetizer for Fathers Day IMHO! I only changed one thing, I added 4 tbsp of cream cheese to the filling to make it creamy! Thanks for the recipe!

Really tasty, and makes your whole home smell wonderful! I used fresh herbs, and sub'd basil for parsley because I had a big bunch. Served with fresh basil and garlic butter warm....yum...

Cheeseburger Soup III

Delish! I added an extra onion, and thru all of the veggies into my processor so that they had a smoother consistancy. Then,I also added a bit more water and skim because I like my consistancy a bit more fluid...Also added 1/4 ketchup for a little sweet, and it is fantastic! ********UPDATE******** We have now made this 2-3 more times, and love it everytime. Tonite I made a double batch so we will have some for lunches...I changed up the ketchup to use a can of campbells tomato soup instead, it is a little healthier than ketchup and a can is about right for the double batch. Also, we add a little cumin to the meat , I just love it with the cheesey soup!
