Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2011
wow, guess my taste buds are shot, I had some left over rotisserie chicken and just cubed it up. I didn't care for this, but my four boys actually said "Hey, this is good". even my 6 year old fuss bucket said "I Love this" and shoveled it in. i did add onion pwdr and garlic pwdr as stated in others reviews. Guess I'll make it again for them.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
My whole family enjoyed this and said they'd like me to make it again. I served it on hard rolls and drizzled the juice over the meat so the bun soaked up a bit which made a wonderful juicy sandwich. Without the juice, it would have been dry. My 13year old rated this as a "10". My husband and 11 year old rated it as a 4 (until I added more juice to their sandwich), my 5 year old said "mmm this is good"

Mexican Hot Carrots

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
LOVE it!! I like to eat them on taco's, and tortilla chips with salsa. These are just like my favorite Mexican restaurant serves with their chips and salsa. The onions need to be sliced very thin. You do have to be VERY careful to not over cook the carrots. I try to cut the carrots at about 1/8th inch to 1/4 " thick and check them after 3 min, and if their not quite right, at 5 min. They really need to be tender crisp.

I've been a member since 2006 and make this time and again. My whole family and guests always LOVE this. My 13 year old and I actually get cravings and will make this just for that. He raves that its "just like pumpkin pie" I LOVE it with stuffing ie...sweet and salty ;)

I read labels and look for a natural raspberry vinaigrette (no corn syrup) and family and friends absolutely LOVE it.

Loved it. I had extra a heated over the stove in a skillet. It turned out wonderful as well, not as good as grilling, but good as well.

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
Loved by all, I used 3 cloves of garlic, substituted pinto beans for the cannellini beans and used 1 Tablespoon chili powder. I served this with the "Golden Sweet Cornbread" recipe found on this site. Will make again soon.

Loved by all. Next time I will substitute olive oil for the butter due to cholesterol reasons.

I personally liked it because it's healthy but my husband and especially the boys did not care for the spinach mix.
