Margaritas to Die For

I didn't measure ammounts exactly- I think you have to go by personal taste. The drink was very good. I used some low cal sweetner instead of the sugar.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2007
I often hesitate to make some of these breakfast casseroles because they are so heavy and make me want to crawl back into the bed and go back to sleep. This casserole tasted delicious and didn't make me sleepy. I think because it doesnt have refined starchy things in it. I am very happy to have this recipe. I freeze little individual containers of it to have all week long.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2006
I left mine to marinate 2 days in the fridge- I thought this was ok-i've done it with chicken. But it seemed the acid in the lime was breaking down the meat. It was unedible. So maybe my mistake?

Stuffed Shells III

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2006
This is the third time i've made this and I love it. I discovered if I make the filling first and put it in the fridge for a while while preping my other items, it becomes firmer and SO much easier and neater to stuff the shells.

My only changes were to use ground turkey and only one can of hot chili beans and triple the chili powder, and a little extra onion and garlic.

Very good. Substitued chicken broth for the orange juice. I do not like the taste of fruit and meat together.

Very tasty. I made a few changes due to what I didn't have at home. Left out the swiss cheese and had to sub sour cream and chicken broth for the milk and alfredo. I then added a little flour to thicken it up.

FANTASTIC!! only changes I made was to DEFINATELY use ground chicken instead of beef for this kind of light delicate dish, and I added a teaspoon of peanut butter for a bit of a Thai taste. LOVED IT.
