Sweet Restaurant Slaw
I had half a bag of brocolli slaw left over from a stir fry and wanted a sauce to go on it. This was exactly as described. It has the sweetness you expect when you eat KFC' slaw, it was easy to make and I had the ingredients on hand (except for the poppy seeds, but I dont think that entirely changed the recipe). I'd make this sauce again.

Coconut Cream Cake I
This cake was very rich. I wish I had read that others only used half the cream or omitted the sweetened condensed milk. If I make it again, I will do that. My cake ended up kind of soggy and way too sugar-y.

Jen's Hamburger Soup
This was really quite tasty. The store did not have savoy cabbage, so I had to use bok choy. I also did not put the full amount of carrots in. I did have to increase the water as my veggies started to stick to the bottom of the pot. I also did not have flavored salt or garlic salt, but adding pepper at the end was fine. It is very hearty. My favorite part was the squash and while I did not measure it, I used a whole buttercup squash, so I'm sure there was more than 3 c. Definitly make again.
