Cranberry Salad III
This recipe has gotten very good reviews, but I'm not sure why. I had high expectations after reading the reviews, but when I made it I discovered that it is little more than glorified Jell-O. If you like Jell-O you will like this salad, but if you want something a little more exciting than Jell-O - pick a different recipe! I made this for a dinner party and it was the only item that I did not get compliments on and my husband and I were eating the leftovers for a week!

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
An AMAZING recipe! I used this recipe to make my thanksgiving turkey and it was excellent. Everyone loved it! I followed the brine recipe posted by Whirlleybird in a review for this recipe and I highly recommend it. The turkey was very moist and flavorful. I used the herb rub inside the cavity, then I filled it with stuffing. It gave the stuffing a lovely flavor, and the brine kept the turkey moist even though it was stuffed. You have to at least give this recipe a try! :)

Jicama Corn Salad
Salad??? This would be an excellent relish to top chicken or fish. It would be great as a salsa for tortilla chips (if you add a jalapeno), but it just isn't a very good SALAD. It doesn't seem complete on its own.
