Rolled Fondant

Used Clear corn syrup instead of glucose and vegetable oil instead of glycerin. I forgot to reduce the amount of water from 1/4 c to 3 TBS, so I did have to add about a 1/4c of powdered sugar. After mixing all the ingredients into a bowl, I placed the mixture into my bread maker on the dough setting and let the cycle run until I was ready to roll the fondant and place it on my 2 layer cake. This is my very first attempt at doing any cake decorating of this kind and this recipe was GREAT! Will certainly use it again and again. I used colored gel to add color to the icing, purple made the cute lavender color and red made the pink. I just kneeded it in by hand for about 10-15 min to get the color even and consistent.
