Meatball Soup

This soup was amazing and simple. I did not have beef broth on hand, so I used a package of onion soup mix and added corn and onions. The family was happy.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Awesome!!! I did not have enough sour cream, so to make up the difference I added yogurt. I also added a little bit more cinnamon and some chocolate chips. Did not add the nuts. Perfect.

Chicken Vegetable Potpie

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

My kids and husband loved this. Took only a few minutes to throw together. I used brown rice and added some carrots, celery and onions. It was great.

My family thought it tasted like a Reese's peanut butter cup. I used about 1 3/4 cup of the whipping cream and mixed in 1/2 cup of mini-chocolate chips. I also used the store bought pie shell. Excellent!!

Eggnog Cheesecake III

My family said this was great. I used gingersnaps cookies for the crust. When I baked the cheesecake, I baked it a 300 degrees and baked it in a water bath (a little water in the bottom of the cookie sheet, don't forget to wrap your cheesecake pan in foil at the bottom so the water doesn't get in). I had no cracks and the cake was so creamy and delicious.
