Jedi Mind Trick

I was out of light cream so I mixed heavy cream and skim milk to make up the rest of the drink. That all being said, this drink tasted quite good, a nice change from my usual fare.

Super Spicy Chocolate Milk

While I agree with Tanya's sentiments, I only had heavy cream, no condensed milk...my problem wasn't with the taste (delicious), however; it was the grainy-ness. Even after I strained the drink through a fine strainer, it still had a grainey texture. I think whomever suggested whole spices might be right.

Creamy Dill Dip II

I had never made a dip before, and I was selected to bring one for a potluck...everyone loved the taste, and it is so easy to make, that I make it all the time...no one else mentioned using it for chips, but it's great with salty salsa-type chips (as long as you don't add much milk).

Traditional White Bread

I halved the recipe, and it turned out terrific. I couldn't quite get all the flour into it the recipe called for, but it still turned out great! Thanks for a great bread recipe.

Pizza Crust Fantastico

I didn't have all the different flours on hand, so I made it with 3.5 Cups of all-purpose flour and the result was a wonderful crust, not sticky at all. I also added 1 teaspoon of onion and 2 teaspoons of garlic (can't get enough garlic, in spite of an allergy). Finally I dusted my pizza pans with cornmeal just for effect. Maybe it was the change in flour, but it needed 3 or so extra minutes baking. Wonderful pizza crust, thanks for sharing!
