Savory Pork Roast
Absolutely wonderful! I mixed the seasonings, along with 1tsp each of onion and garlic powder, in olive oil, as suggested by another reviewer, and then roasted only until 145 degrees. I will never make roast pork another way again. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Crunchy Fried Shrimp
Excellent recipe! I used two eggs, and instead of salt & pepper, used a bit of Old Bay. It's a rarity when all the kids like the same thing, but this one worked for everyone! Thanks!

Broccoli Slaw
Thumbs up! A rare vegetable recipe all my picky kids liked. I left out the raisins (only because I forgot them), and added bacon bits. I used homemade dressing.
