Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

This was wonderful. If you dont have the spices already this could be pretty pricey the first time around. I had some leftover leeks in the fridge and they did great in it too. Nice and spicy just the way I (and apparently everyone else) like it!

Potato Leek Soup I

Pretty good but definitely could use a little something extra like cheese because it just tasted like mashed potatoes. But super good mashed potatoes.

DELICIOUS!! I hate cakes with icing so this recipe stood out. I didn't have to change a thing and everyone asks me to make it all the time... yum yum

Milk Tart

I loved it. I love custards and pies. This sure was a mess to make though. Get ready to get a lot of dishes dirty. Make sure it is completely cooled off or it is not going to look pretty!

So easy and simple and yet, Fantastic! I like how i got to drink the wine with the meal and paired so well! (of course) I just stuck to the recipe and did not change a thing!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Fresh Tuna Ceviche

It was delicious but we had to double if not triple the amount of soy sauce. Being from Louisiana we are a little numb to spice but we couldn't taste the jalapeño at all. we probably would have doubled that as well if we had another. After all, it was still very good.

Pork Chop Packs

It was an ok dish. i thought it need a little more seasoning to it. I think this is a good idea though. It was really simple and easy clean up. Except for when the pack leaked out and set the smoke detector off.
