I thought this recipe was awesome, following several suggestions. For3 breasts (most packs I found in my local grocer came in three), I used 2 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 fresh limes, squeezed dry, 2 teaspoons chopped garlic and I added a "pinch" of cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of meat tenderizer to the marinade. It was perfect. I wouldn't have used any less or any more of any of the spices.
I added diced red potatoes, tossed in light olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic, and a little salt and pepper baked at 425 degrees for 25 min., and steamed asparagus as sides. It was incredible. Even my fiance, who isn't a big fan of healthy eating, loved this!
