Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
These were a hit. Def. a make again. It is a cross between a reeces peeces flavor and butterfinger flavor.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2008
My family enjoyed these. I didn't include the pepper as my one son wouldn't eat them that way. This is hearty burrito. There are plenty for left overs. They freeze and reheat nicely.

I made these for a cookie exchange this year and they were fantastic! My family even likes them without the mint on top - very chewy.

This was so easy to make. My husband who doesn't like beans loved this soup. We sprinkled pecorino romano on top with some black pepper - FANTASTIC!

Cheese and Garden Vegetable Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2006
I have made many different variations of tomato pie. This is def. my favorite! I peeled my tomatoes as my family likes it better that way. I also used some dried basil as suggested by another review. I made one pie and it is gone - I will make another tomorrow. This has amazing flavor and some nice crunch.

Glazed Meatloaf II

Reviewed: May 25, 2006
My family loved this. As other reviewer's mentioned, I used regular bread crumbs. Otherwise I followed the recipe. I have to double it. Great left overs.

Make Ahead French Toast

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2006
I made this for my son's first communion brunch and everyone loved it. I made the recipe as is - I did have just a little dip left over after dipping the bread and spooning some on top of each piece. I cooked it early in the am and just put it in the oven to heat it up and it was yummy. I highly recommend this recipe.

Ground Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2006
This was a hit. I did as others suggested and spiced it up with salt, pepper, onion powder and some Mrs. dash spicy. I added some chopped tomatoes too. Even my picky son loved it. Served it with a salad. We have enough for left overs.
