Absolutely delicious and VERY easy to make! Very fresh flavors. Let sit for awhile to allow the flavors to blend. Perfect with salty chips!

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
These are so easy and delicious. They are very rich in flavor. Chilling the balls before dipping them into the chocolate is a must. I used a large bowl and put several balls in at once to coat them. I then dipped them out with a spoon and laid them on wax paper, before sprinkling them with chocolate crumbs. Very easy and very good!

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
My family really enjoys this recipe. I have made it several times now. Sometimes I use the sausage and sometimes I use diced ham. I also add just a little dried mustard to the egg mix. We eat this for dinner and breakfast/brunch. It is very filling and easy to make. Thanks for sharing!

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2009
This is one of our family's favorite soups. It is a great hearty soup with rich flavor and smooth creamy texture. I use extra potatoes since we like it "chunkier". I do omit the cornstarch though. I don't see the need for it - especially if using potato flakes to thicken. A family favorite!

This sauce was a huge hit! I added mandarin oranges and I used pineapple-orange-banana juice instead of plain OJ. Delicious!

Rainbow Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
This is very good basic pasta salad recipe. However, I didn't use the artichokes or corn. I added cauliflower and pepperoni, along with the other veggies listed. I also added some grated parmesan just prior to serving.

BUSH'S® Kidney Bean Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
My grandmother makes this regularly and it has been a staple in our family for many many years! This recipe is the same one my Grandma uses and it is absolutely delicious! I now make it for my own boys and they request it often. A definite keeper.

Turtle Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
Fantastic recipe! This has become my family's favorite cake. I prefer to use a dark chocolate cake mix and Ghiradelli chocolate chips. They really seem to make a difference, although the dark chocolate cake mix and the Ghiradelli chips make this cake extremely rich. I also like to frost the top of this cake with a chocolate fudge icing and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Yum!

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2007
Great recipe! I added chopped pecans instead of walnuts and I added 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. almond flavoring to the batter. I also served the sliced bread with cream cheese frosting. Delicious!
