OMG this is amazing. I needed something to throw in the slow cooker last minute due to a evening event. This is wonderful. though i have to admit I had to make a small substitution...as I did not have chili beans. Used refried to give it a boost. But it was still fantastic. I just finished and I cannot wait to eat the left overs tomorrow night

Brownie Batter + Cupcake = The SECOND BEST Cupcake. Ever

Everyone loved these. Though I made them double chocolate (chocolate cake and brownies) because that is what I had on hand. Didn't even need frosting. Perfect!

Very good! I just made this to go with Adobo Chicken and this soup has tons of flavor. I did add a little garlic and a bit of cumin. definately a keeper!

Spanish Rice Original

This is great. Make sure to use quality chicken stock (not broth). My son, who only eats plain white rice, declared this his favorite. I served it with my homemade enchiladas and our guest just raved!!

Dark Chocolate Bacon Cupcakes

Wow these are great!! I was not to sure about it, but thought what the heck. And I was very pleased. I topped them with chocolate butter cream frosting. No one could believe it was bacon. One tip - dice the bacon before frying and there is no worry about chewy spots in the cupcakes!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Absolutely amazing!!! This is a definate keeper, ranking right up there with our favorite barbque resteraunt.Used Sweet baby Rays like several people recommended and it is perfect!!!

Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev

this is good - I am glad that I read the reviews and used plain corn flakes. Also - I am increasing the garlic and other seasonings next time out of personal preference.
