OMG these are amazing!!! I didn't have apricot preserves, so I used sugar free orange marmalade. I used half all purpose white flour, and half Atkins Baking Mix, and I used vanilla in place of almond extract. They are soooo good, moist, tasty, I can't wait to make them again. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

OMG! This is the BEST banana bread recipe. I've been searching for the last 15 years, tried many recipies and finally have found a recipe that I will make forever. This one is actually the best. I mashed the bananas instead of chopping them, but other than that I followed it to the letter. Can't be beat. End of story.

Cranberry Cheesecake

This is a great recipe. Its important to note that the straining of the cranberry mixture is an important step, unless of course you like seeds in your gel? I did as the other gals mentioned and baked it at 200degrees for 75 minutes, and it was a smooth flawless top. Great idea. And I added a tsp. of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon to the cranberries. Turned out so yummy. I will make this again for sure.

Parmesan Chicken

I loved this recipe. Everyone I have made it for has loved it. I did make some adjustments though; I do everything as planned, then I broil the chicken with a thick slab of mozzerlla cheese on top, just until the mozza is golden brown. Then I remove it from the oven, dust with real grated parmasian, and serve over a bed of pasta with a nice tomatoe sauce. Just like at a restaurant.

Chili Dog Casserole II

Surprisingly fantastic. Easy to make, quick, and soooo tasty. I made up a half recipe (5 dogs) and it was filling enough to feed both me and my husband, and have one dog leftover. My husband said it was the most creative way to deliver a dog he had ever seen, he also noted that he would like me to put this recipe into my personal recipe book. Will do!

Banana Bread IV

This recipe is amazing! I used parkay margarine in place of shortening, reduced the baking time slightly, and made muffins instead of loafs. The end result, fantastic. So good, so moist and fluffy with a golden crispy top. Heavenly - an instant family favorite.

Fantastic! Fattening, messy, and yummy. My husband loved every bite. I used pastrami in place of corned beef, but it was still awesome. Will make these again for sure.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Soooooo good! Worth trying, and I don't even like shrimp. I made it for my husband who's favorite food is shrimp, he loved it, I loved it. I can't wait to share the recipe with my friends and family. This one is going into my recipe book for sure.
