Thai Chicken Balls

Followed the recipe as is! ... and it was very good. I loved the cilantro/coriander flavor. I didn't think the cilantro was overpowering at all. Excellent flavor overall. I do agree with other reviewers that it does need a sauce. I made a sauce of half Thai Chili Sauce and half Honey Teriyaki sauce. I added scallions to the sauce too. The chicken balls then became 5 stars in my book.

Tabbouleh III

I can't believe the reviews for this recipe. I realized most people are altering the recipe. My rating is for the recipe AS IS. The reason I gave it two stars is because I like the ingredient list, however, the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic portion I think is way off. Mine tasted like straight lemon juice and was extremely soggy. I had to drain the liquid and change the amounts of everything to make it some-what edible. I will not make this again

Buttery Herb Wine Sauce

I gave it four stars because as a base its really good, but with adding garlic (about 5 cloves if double recipe like I do) its fantastic! I have also made this by adding Hormel bacon bits as well. I also ditch the egg like other reviewers. I don't think its necessary. Excellent sauce!

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

WOW ! WOW! WOW! This meatloaf is incredible! My husband won't eat any other meatloaf other than his moms and he said "Here we are five years of trying, and you finally made an amazing meatloaf!" I didn't have quinoa, so I did sub Panko breadcrumbs. I think this helped keep it together some since some people thought it fell apart. Mine didn't at all. I can't wait to eat this again tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!! This recipe is definitely a keeper!!!!!!

THIS WAS AWFUL! I followed the recipe EXACTLY and can't understand the rave reviews. I think the sesame oil may ruin and overpower the taste, but I won't try again to figure it out. =(

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

FOLLOWED RECIPE EXACTLY AND THEY WERE AMAZING! I did as others stated and refrigerated dough for about 30 mins to keep it from being sticky. (Although I don't think it was that bad without refrigerating.) I used a melon baller to measure out a heaping scoop of each cookie. Made them into balls, placed on cookie sheet, and then pressed down slightly with bottom of glass to flatten a little. I kept mine about 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick. So chewy! Excellent flavor! I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THESE AGAIN!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

I had to give this three stars bc I think the original recipe was ok. I followed other reviewers advice and added brown sugar (splenda brand) and light butter to taste. Without the brown sugar and butter, I think this sauce was too tangy/biitter. With the changes, it was definitely 4.5 stars!

Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry

i wanted to give five stars but I added an ingredient... Kens Honey Teriyake to even out the soy sauce flavor... BUT thats only bc i'm not a huge soy sauce fan. I think the recipe was great before I added the Honey Teriyake, but i liked it better with it.

Marinated Tuna Steak

WOW!!!! This was great! I don't usually eat fish but my husband loves it. NOW I love tuna steak thanks to this recipe. Only thing I did was add 1 tblsp of Basil to it and let marinade for about 9 hours. Thanks for such a wonderful addition to our recipe collection!
