Garlic Feta Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2008
This is the second holiday that we've had used this dip and it's a requested hit now... my son, age 20, even called me to get the recipe... which may be only 1 of 5 total recipes in his recipe box as of now. Thanks for the great recipe.

Baked Beef Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2008
I followed the recipe just as is... although with fresh tomatoes a plenty I cut up fresh tomatoes instead of using canned and added a cup of tomatoe juice for added flavor... umm... ummm... good!! Just as a note my meat was frozen so I just threw it all in the oven at only 300 and let it cook 7 hrs as I projected... stiring once during that time & cutting meat off the soup bone.

This was just what I was looking for! This is an awesome dipping sauce for French Fried Portebella Mushrooms (I'll submit that recipe)... I didn't have fresh dill on hand but dried worked fine! Delightful...

Salvadoran Salsa (Chimol)

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2008
We love a fresh tangy salsa... with summer and fresh radishes from the garden this is even better than when we made it this winter(radishes aren't so strong)The radishes give a unique hot flavor... thanks for a fun alternate version to a fresh salsa.

Blushing Cranberry Pears

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2007
This showy side salad delites the young and the old alike. I added a bit of powdered cinnomen to the cranberry juice. A vegtable peeler made the peeling process go quickly and a thin slice off the bottom made it so they all could stand proudly and uniquely. Afterwards I added a apple juice to the warm cranberry juice and served the flavorful leftovers chilled...

Asparagus and Cashews

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2006
I served this for Easter (35+ people)and have had rave reviews and requests for this delicious recipe. I tripled the recipe and found it worked out great... don't overdue the soy sauce as it could get salty.
