Garlic Lovers Beef

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
Smell sneaks out of the oven after about an hour and oozes all over the house, folks start flockin in literally. I believe it could use less oil but it was fork tender . I used two 14 oz cans of chopped tomatoes , one of which was Orginal Rotel. I also added about 1 TBSP each of Italian Seasoning and Dude Dust, which can be found at www.garlicdude.com . I also drizzled in about 5 TBSP of the Black Olive Brine. This meal developed perfectly in my Cast Iron Dutch Oven .

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2010
Very Filling. I followed this recipe exactly as stated. It looked like Cheesey noodles with Scrambled eggs mixed in. Tasted way better than the boxed variety .

Roasted Garlic

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
Raised the temp to 375 and toss in as many garlics as I want. I found a Rosemary infused Olive Oil Ie been using, I lay them down for a few minutes and then bring them snipped side up and cover the pan with foil. They are delicious smashed into a potato or straight out of the jacket! Keeper! Thank you for posting - I have already used a 2 ft garlic rista in one months time!

B.L.A.T. Wraps

These are simply put, delightful anytime of the day! I eliminated the hardship of preparing bacon by baking it in the oven in a glass casserole dish at 375 for 25 minutes, wah lah! :) Thank you!

Pepperoncini Beef

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2004
Ive been making this recipe for years and years! I have found ANY cut of beef will work, it is extremely versatile . I use this with Tortillas and shred the meat which by the way is NOT difficult to do. I have published this recipe in our local paper too. It goes over great with Church potlucks, as well as making taquitos with the roast meat. Its Super Tasty and way too easy! Also- "Don't Forgetta Mezzetta" pepperocini's work the very best! I have found the other make and models too bland. I find the Mezzetta brand at Albertsons.

Karen, these are super! I rolled them all up and they were easily toted in the RV. It was a great addition to the buffet table once we reached our destination. YUM! Thanks!!!
