Skillet Picante Beef Stroganoff

This was good. Didn't have mushrooms, but it didn't need it. Use a good, flavorful salsa and you can't go wrong.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This recipe was amazing! I did double the jalapeno peppers to add more of a kick. I also melted raspberry jelly and drizzled it on top after I baked it.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I make this recipe often and have shared it with friends. So easy! The only thing I change up is the types of beans I use. I prefer to just use all black beans or 1 can of black beans and 1 can of white.

Breakfast Pizza

I used the garlic butter crescents which gave a nice kick of flavor! I also used 1/2 regular pork sausage and 1/2 hot. I will add one egg the next time I make this. Might add some mushrooms too! Very good!

Eggnog-Raspberry Belgian Waffles

I just used this recipe for the waffles - didn't use the raspberries at all. Very yummy. Everyone - including in-laws - enjoyed the waffles on Christmas morning!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

This was a hit for my whole family. I used thighs and legs - since that's what I had - and put 1/2 the sauce on a few hours before cooking. Made the sauce as directed, except only used 1/2 t paprika. Will make again!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

I made this as written, and as a result, I'm giving this recipe 4 out of 5 stars. I will make this again, it was a big hit! BUT! I will probably up some of the spices just a bit to give it a bit more of a kick!

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

This was very good. I did add some Italian Seasoning and some onion powder to the coating mix. I was dissappointed that the coating did not stick to the chicken, but I did not skin it first. Will try that next time.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip is very good - I served it with chicken flavored crackers and celery. We prefered it with the celery. I used fresh - not canned - chicken. I also used 1/2 Ranch and 1/2 Bleu Cheese dressings. Very good, will make again and again. My husband would have licked the dish clean if I let him!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This recipe is SO good! Everyone in my family LOVED it, even my fish-hating 9 year old daughter! Everyone wanted more, but I made just enough for dinner with no leftovers! I did sprinkle with Old Bay as some others had suggested, and I also added a heaping teaspoon of minced garlic to the parmesan topping.

My Mom's Parmesan Chicken

Holly Christmas Cookies

My family loves these cookies, and the recipe has been in the family for a long time. I only use 1/2 tsp. of green food color, though. And this year, I discovered forming the wreathes on parchmant paper! What a huge help! Much better than wax paper!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

I only had bone in chicken, so I baked instead of broiling... I basted every 10-15 min. or so. My whole family loved it, and everyone had seconds of the chicken! There were no leftovers!
