Baked Dijon Salmon
My husband and I try to eat salmon every week, so I like to try different recipes. I followed the recipe except for adding 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. We thought it was amazing. I have printed the recipe to add to my file, as I will be making it again. Marilyn Georgetown, Texas

Pecan Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Broccoli
Very good! Too much butter. I would reduce the amount next time. Used just a heaping tablespoon of sour cream and increased the cream cheese. Didn't have and didn't miss the pimentos. I made a hollindase to serve on the chicken(Knorr).
