This recipe is sinfully delicious! Made it for a pj brunch and it was a hit!! Next time I'm using one package of cream cheese, I had a lot of left over. You must try this, so easy and taste is heavenly.

Super Bowl Bites

Made this for Super Bowl Sunday (2008), so easy and delicious. For a small sandwich the men surprised me how much they love them I might make them again for 2009 Super Bowl.

Mini Cheesecakes II

This was a big hit especially with the men at Christmas. I topped them cherry pie filling and marionberry jam, plus I like the vanilla wafer cookie. Believe me, I'll be making this again.

Chicken Puffs

Made this for my hubby and I tonight and its a hit for a nice light meal, with a green salad and fresh picked green beans. I'm going to serve this now at my Christmas party, its so easy and tasty too.
