Excellent! Mine didn't even crack. Tasted excellent. I made the supreme strawberry topping but kept a lot of the strawberries whole and put them on top with the points up then drizzled the sauce all over. So good!

Ground Turkey and Hominy

Coconut Cake III

I don't even like coconut and these were amazing! I made cupcakes and they were so moist and wonderful. The toasted coconut is what really made it. Frosting was the best!

Perfect Berry Shortcakes

I am sure this recipe would have been amazing as written but I just couldn't put that much butter in, so I cut the amount in half. I also used my skim milk in place of the half and half. They turned out delicious, and underneath your strawberries and whipped topping I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference!

Strawberry Oat Muffins

I really liked this moist muffin. I didn't have oats so instead I used up some of the sugar free, cinnamon apple instant oatmeal packets I had. 3 packets = 1 cup. I think it hadded some flavor to the muffin. I also used half a bag of frozen mixed berries which turned out fine. I will make this again!

Building Gingerbread

I had success building this gingerbread house but did have to start over because I didn't roll out the dough soon enough and it got to be too stiff. But it was fun to decorate and fairly easy to cut out using the gingerbread diagram on allrecipes.

Hummingbird Cake III

I basically ruined this cake by burning it, having it be too thin (I used 2 8" by 8" layers), and the icing being too runny. But the taste was STILL good and 2 people asked me for the recipe! I imagine this cake would be out of this world if it were done right :)

Mom's Good Cinnamon Rolls

Using previous suggestions, these are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had (I think even better than pillsbury! For the filling I used 1 cup sugar, 1 cup brown sugar and 3 T cinnamon. I also rolled out one big rectangle and rolled it up and cut off slices. It filled 2 pie plates full. I also drizzled on a confectioner sugar/milk topping when they were still warm. The dough can sit over night in the fridge in place of the 40 minutes if you wish.

Mexican Rice III

Southwest Chicken

Great flavor in this dish! I couldn't get black beans but red beans turned out fine. I like this dish because you can add spices to make it hot, or leave it mild too. Great dish to make for friends! I made with "Mexican Rice III"

Creamy Cheesecake

My first attempt at a cheesecake turned out really well thanks to this recipe. I thought it tasted great, and I don't even like cheesecake that much. It did crack, but presentation wasn't that important. I made the Supreme Strawberry Topping from this website to go with it. Yum!
