PHILADELPHIA New York Cheesecake III

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
It baked up nice, but I didn't care for the texture and thought the crust was not sweet enough. My family loved it though, topped with cherry pie filling. Other than that was a very easy recipe to follow and quick to put together.

Loved these!!! We couldn't stop eating them. I loved the taste and the texture. I have also made them using brown sugar and whole milk and they still come out perfect.

Joanie's Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
I made this using "zelkos" changes. We put it over hot dogs and fresh cut fries, topped with shredded cheddar and diced onion......it was a hit. My family loved it.

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
Easy to put together, but I think I'll stick to baking it in the oven. Even with extra sauce, it was still too dry and the cheese layer was also dry.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2009
Awesome!!!! They are moist and the frosting is amazing. More of a cake then brownie, but I don't care. My family gobbled them up before I told them there was zucchini in them. My 7 year old son said he would eat his veggies everyday now!

Great starter recipe. I doubled it, left out the celery, omitted all the spices and added 4 tsp of creole seasoning and 1 bay leaf, 2 cups of rice....kept everything else the same. Tasted great, family loved it! Served with french bread for dipping and ceasar salad.

Made this last night. Very good...just a bit too sweet for our taste, will cut down on the dark brown sugar next time. Served with rice. Over all will make again.....closest thing to going to a chinese restaurant. Thanks for a good recipe.

The whole family loved this. Omitted the carrots and just used a couple squirts of bluecheese dressing instead of the crumbled bluecheese. Will be making these over and over. Thanks for a great recipe!

No Bake Pumpkin Pie II

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
This is quick and easy. Kids liked it. Husband and I did not care for it. It needs more spices and could be a tad sweeter. Texture is mushy. But if you need something in a hurry that is easy than this is for you.

S'mores Crumb Bars

Very good and easy. The kids loved them. I put them in the fridge to harden them up and they cut great that way. I will be making these alot this summer. My daughter already requested them for a sleepover this weekend. These would be great for camping (less messy) if you have young kids too.
