Luck 'O The Irish Brownie

Made these today. They were very good. Made as written except for the topping. I made a chocolate ganache using a cup and a half of milk choc chips and 2/3 cup of heavy cream. My son said they tasted like Heaven. I would recommend cutting them very small, they are quite rich. Also I thought the mint layer was perfect.

Country Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Tasted good, but really crumbly. If I make again I would double the cinnamon mixture. This also tasted better the next day.

Egg Noodles

Very good and really easy to make. My 8 yr old son helped me cut them and cook them. He was so proud. They tasted great in our homemade chicken soup. Will make again & again.

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

My family ate it, but when I asked if I should ever make it again, I got a big no! Tasted okay, but I feel like somethings missing. I will stick to take-out until I find another recipe.

Blonde Brownies I

These were good. Easy to make. My family liked them. I did press them onto a cookie sheet and then baked them. I like a thinner bar/cookie. I baked them 20 min, but when I make them again I would take them out a bit sooner as they got a little crispy.

Turned out pretty good. Filling got really watery after I refrigerated it. I will try it again. I really liked the meringue on top, and it tasted good.

Excellent!!!!! The only change I made was to use pumpkin pie spice in place of all the others (because thats all I had). Turned out moist and delicious. Will make again and again.

Amish White Bread

I am not much of a "yeast" person. Those recipes usually do not work well for me w/out my bread machine. I gave this a try. It worked!!!!! Great bread, my family really enjoyed it. I have made this 4 times in 2 weeks.

Pumpkin Pancakes

Excellent. The whole family loved these. I did let it set for 5 minutes before cooking as other reviewers suggested. They are quite fluffy and thick. Make sure you spread the batter when putting it on the griddle. I forgot to do that w/the 1st batch and some didnt get quite done in the middle. Very easy and yummy. I will be making these alot.

S'mores Crumb Bars

Very good and easy. The kids loved them. I put them in the fridge to harden them up and they cut great that way. I will be making these alot this summer. My daughter already requested them for a sleepover this weekend. These would be great for camping (less messy) if you have young kids too.
