Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

both my husband and I thought it was too much dill. Would maybe better if this was cut down. Might try with some tweaks of less dill and lemon. The sauce did not mix very well either. Just not a winner for us.

Ho Ho Cake

I made this recipe for Christmas day....."Oh my God and I gotta have this recipe", that is what I heard from all who tried it. I used a reguar cake mix and made it in a jelly roll pan, doubled the creme mixture and then I made it simpler by using a canned frosting. Just mivrowave the frosting for about 20 seconds and it just went on the cake extremely easy. This is a great dessert. It wil be asked for at all the family get togethers for a long time to come!!!

Chicken Marsala

Thought this was great. My hubby made sure I put this one in my recipe box!! A definite keeper. I added a bit of chicken broth to increase the sauce along with a bit more marsala wine. As good as you can get in a restaurant, thanks so very much Lisa!

Swiss Steak Quick and Easy

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Truly wonderful, I baked the shrimp for only 10 minutes and they turned out great. Very easy and so worth the oohhs and ahhhs!!!

Brisket with BBQ Sauce

I didn't have a Brisket so I used a Pork roast I had on hand. Its was two pounds so I cooked it for appoximately 3-1/2 hrs. Followed the rest of the recipe,and made the sauce. I did use the amount of sauce as indicated in the recipe for the 4lb. Brisket. (We personally like a good amount of sauce.) Based on this when I make this again I will always double the sauce. The sauce was really great!! Very tasty!!!!! This one is a definte keeper!!!!

Simple BBQ Ribs

Really enjoyed this recipe. The ribs came out extremely tender, baked them for 1-1/2 hrs. after boiling them for about a half hour. Added more seasonings to water..onion powder, Penzey spices Northwoods seasoning. Very Simple....will keep this one in my cooks file!
