This was delicious. I made a couple of modifications--simmered the apples and raisins in rum and butter, and mixed the egg mixture right into the pudding instead of pouring it over. It was great, will def make again.

This was a great recipe. A couple of things--i did find that more flour was needed, and this made more like 50 pierogi rather than 12.

White Chili

I tried this recipe last night and it came out really tasty! I did do a couple of things differently--shred the cheese and double the water, but it was really great! I will make it again on another cold night!

Scottish Shortbread II

This shortbread is delicious! I just threw everything in my mixer, added a little more butter and mixed it up--it is easy and turns out a flaky shortbread every time :)

This is a great base dough recipe--you can take it and make several cookies out of it--my personal favorite are coconut jam thumbprints.

Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

I have made this recipe several times and really enjoy it. i just add a little more flour than the recipe calls for and they turn out soft and chewy.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Awesome cookies--they really are the best. I substitute one thing--I use a traditional buttercream frosting instead of a painted on frosting, and everyone agrees that it makes a pretty addictive cookie!
