Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
Fantastic! Hands down the BEST meatloaf recipe I have ever made. My husband went back for seconds and then a third helping. Flavorful, moist, and perfect in the slow cooker. You won't be disappointed.

The Best Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2015
Love these. I bake for 30 mins at 350 instead of frying. Place a cooling rack in a cookie sheet (bake meatballs on rack)so grease drips off. I also use milk instead of water. Very, very good!

Sorry....I have to agree with others. This was bland and just very okay. I won't make it again.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2011
This is very good and very easy, but also VERY spicy as written. My husband is a huge spice fan and even he said it needs to be toned down. I would use 1/4tsp instead of the 3/4 next time.

Emily's Famous Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2009
We love this recipe..so fresh and yummy compared to canned stuff! I use ground turkey, but otherwise follow the recipe... I dont' really measure carefully though and so sometimes it is more spicy and sometimes more sweet, but always great! I disagree with the person who said this recipe doesn't taste like sloppy joe...unless you just prefer the canned kind! This is a great recipe!

Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel Topping

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2012
The absolute BEST pumpkin anything I have ever made! I used white whole wheat flour and I doubled the topping - otherwise followed recipe. It made 24 amazing muffins and I have been getting great reviews from my family as well. Due to the wheat flour they were done in about 20 minutes.

Turkey Veggie Meatloaf Cups

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2011
Sorry. This was the first meal I made that we could not even eat. I think I did process the veggies a little long, but even so - tasteless and odd texture. I am obviously in the minority here.

Sorry. These do LOOK great, but the taste/texture not so great. I don't like to offer bad ratings if I can help it, but these are not good. I followed recipe as written.

Blueberry Pound Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2011
This is very, very good! Not necessarily light, but what pound cake is? I used whole wheat flour and it is just as yummy that way too. I also used cooking spray instead of butter to grease the pan.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
Fantastic! I made them as the recipe calls for...no refrigeration of dough. They turned out great.....texture, size, and not too flat. I can't believe I am agreeing with others though - they were a bit to sweet. I am making them again using less white sugar and will see how that works.

One of our favorites!! I use about 2 cans of enchilada sauce instead of the water/paste mix. I also double the amount of cheese and use ground turkey. Yummy!! Also - great leftovers!!

Great, fresh flavor with ingredients on hand. I followed exactly; however, my oregano was Mexican oregano. Will use again!

Simple Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Excellent! Used butter, not shortening and also white whole wheat flour. Added some mini chic chips. I also did 12 good size muffins (not a loaf of bread) baked for about 25 mins @ 350.
