Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2003
Great recipe. I'm not a meatloaf person, but I have to admit that this is really good. Next time I will try cooking it covered because, even with all the liquid ingredients, it was a little dry to my taste.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2007
I never thought I could make cinnamon rolls from scratch or add anything to this recipe that could make it better than it already was, well this recipe proved me wrong twice because not only did I made them, but I think I improve the taste by simply adding 1/4 tsp. of almond extract to the icing. It really gave it the final touch.

Merenges

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
When I saw Puertorican in the recipe I had to try it. I was not disappointed at all. These are exactly the same I use to eat at the bakery back home. They melt in your mouth. My only suggestion is that I left them in the oven with the oven off, until they cooled down. It helps in them to get completely dry before removing from oven. Thanks so much! :

Brown Sugar Smokies

Yum!!! You can't go wrong with this one. The suggestion of preapering them ahead of time was great. Not only they taste better, but also can have them ready ahead of time. Also baking them on parchment paper was a great idea. Thank you:)

Dirt Cake I

YUM!!! This is a family and friends favorite. You can cut down calories by omitting the cream cheese and butter. The taste and texture is still the same but a few less calories. If you use a clay pot it will absorb most of the moisture and it will not get soggy at all :)

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2008
Delicioso!!! My husband and I are Berry Hill Fish Tacos at heart and these are the perfect competition. I omitted the cumin, because I'm not a fan, but the results were still perfect. Do not skip the sauce! Is the best part!!! Thanks for sharing.

WOW!!! Definetly a keeper. Best chocolate cake out of a box I've ever made. It took 1 hour 10 minto cook, but worth every minute of it. I follow the 5 eggs suggestion and the vanilla instead of almond exract. Thank you for sharing :)

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: May 20, 2004
Loved this recipe. Made it twice because the first time I almost ate the whole thing myself. I left the raisins, because I'm not fond to them. I'm not sure if I should thank you, because it went straight to my hips. ;)

Sugar Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
OK I have made these so many times is not even funny. But my last batch hit the ball out of the park. Instead of cinnamon I used cayenne pepper for a twist and add them to my salad. Oh may GOD. They combination of sweet and hot was spectacular. I also follow previous revious and used a ziploc with the egg-wash and parchment paper to bake them. They are delish!!!

Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

Reviewed: May 22, 2007
This has become one of my signature cakes. Made it for an MDA Bake Sale Fundraiser at work and it sold for $490.00 Breaking all records. The person who won told me it was worth every bite of it. The only problem is that when they ask for the recipe is embarrasing to tell them how simple it is to make. I love this cake. Thanks so much for sharing!
