Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

The chipotle mayo dressing was a little spicy for our taste, but the sweetness of the honey cumin sauce helped tone it down. I served this with a black bean salsa on the side. This is a keeper!

My husband has been craving Singapore Rice Noodles like we used to get from the Chinese restaurant around the corner. Now thanks to your recipe he can have them anytime. I just substitute rice noodles for the vermicelli and it's even better than the restaurant's offering!

I added an egg to mine because it seemed too dry otherwise. They turned out great, even better than what I've had at the local Mediterranean Restaurant. I served them on flatbread with tzatziki sauce, black olives, feta cheese and tomatoes. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe.
