Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken

Fantastic!! Just made a couple of minor changes cause I didn't have everything on hand. I didn't have enough brown sugar so I split brown & white, I didn't have ground ginger so I grated up fresh. I used apple cider vinegar... and cooked for about 40 minutes basting every 10 minutes, turned out perfect! My two (9 & 5 year old) little boys loved it! my 5 year old is especially finicky, ate his whole piece of chicken! I served this with white rice and niblet corn....yummy! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Barbecue Chicken Wings

Sticky and yummy! I used wings and legs, about 2.5 pds, and only used 1/2 the ingredients for the sauce. I didn't find this too sweet at all...I used less ketchup and hunny. I also just baked the chicken for about 1/2 hour then added the sauce stired it all up and baked for another 1/2 hour in a 320 degree oven, the meat just fell off the bones! So yummy! Thanks!

Quick Chicken Stew

Juicy, Tender and light tasting, not heavy, and so simple to prepare! I used chicken thighs, and 1/2 can of 28 oz tomatoes, which I mashed a tiny bit, cause I didn't have diced tomatoes on hand. I used 3 carrots, 1/2 zuccini and 1/2 large red pepper. I browned the chicken first then added the onion and garlic, cooked for a few minutes before adding the tomatoes, veggies and spices, simmered for about 1/2 hour and served over rice...great chicken recipe!! thanks!

Molly's Chicken

Absolutely delicious and easy!! On Sunday afternoon I wanted to cook something in my crockpot for the week ahead, by the time I decided to try this chicken recipe it was 3:30 so I thought, I'll cook it and at least it will be ready by around 8:00 pm then I'll have something ready for tomorrow. well I skinned the chicken thighs and put them in the crockput then put a can of tomatoe soup in a bowl and mixed in the soya sauce less then 1/4 cup and used 1/4 cup of brown sugar chopped up two cloves and maybe about 3 tbsp of minced onion, and sliced thin about 4 small carrots, stirred it all together poured it over the chicken gave that a stir. and had the pot on high....checked it at 7:30 and the meat looked purfect!! cooked some rice, and wow! within 31/2 hours we were eating a wonderful tasty dinner, my sons loved it! I have a rather finicky 3 year old, and he loved this dinner! My 7 year old asked for 2nds!! I have a few pieces and lots of gravy left over for tomorrows meal, Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and for all the little additional ideas....

Amazing Chicken

I just made this tonight for dinner, and I was quite impressed! I had chicken thighs in the fridge and not knowing what to cook for dinner, but wanting something quick, easy, light and tasty, I checked out allrecipes and found this very simple recipe. I took other reviews advise and added spices to the plain breadcrumbs, such as oregano, pepper flakes, cayanne and salt and pepper, also to keep it light I used plain yogurt and added about 2 tablespoons of light miracle whip (all I had in the fridge no Mayo) I cooked this for 30 minutes and found it cooked perfect, very juicy and tender!! I served this with Corn niblets, the (frozen kind) very delicious!!! even my 19 month old enjoyed this dish!! next time I will try with parmesanan or mozzarella sprinkled on top. Also I enjoyed the crispiness on the bottom of the pieces chicken pieces. Thank you for the recipe!.

Oven Stew II

i made this yesterday, I was very happy with the results! so quick, easy and tasty!! i used frozen peas and carrots about a cup and a half and this worked out great, although i still used about 3 fresh cutup carrots as well! my 18 year old vegetarian sun loved the flavour the carrots had (he picked them out of the left over stew) there was very little left over though! anyway i probably only cooked the stew at 375 for bout 45 minutes and it started to lose a lot of liquid by then everything was nicely cooked and ready to eat. so i didn't bother adding more liquid, delicious on a wet and cold night! the little bit of left over was great (even with out the carrots!) thanks!

Wonderful!! very easy to make, cookies were fat and round and the chocolate kisses melted perfectly!! my kids loved them as did their father! will absolutley keep this recipe around forever...I did not roll them in suger still turned out great...thinkin they will be great for any occasion, Christmas, with green and red sprinkles or halloween with their dark colour!!

Beef and Rice Medley

I really liked this recipe, because it was so easy to make and required little clean up, I added some chili peppers, basil and spike for seasoning, and a can of crispy corn, also I left out the cheese, my five year old loved it, and because I love hot and spicy, i added some hot pepper sauce to my bowl, yummy!
