Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2010
The sauce is fantastic. My partner and I love cooking together and he does the grilling and we do the prep work together. He does not like vinegar - but this recipe please him very much. We are planning on using the glaze on Tilapia, chicken (maybe adding some hot pepper flakes) wings.. A dipping sauce perhaps! Very very very good

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2010
Incredible is the only way I can describe this sauce. I think this every bit as good of any Alfredo sauce that you can get at a 4 star restaurant. When melting the better I took 2 large cloves of garlic and grated into the butter. I used 1 cup no fat milk and one cup of cream. Penzey's Italian spice (1tbsp.) Fresh ground black pepper. My partner is a very good chef/cook of italian foods, and he loves it. I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone attempting Alfredo for the first time. Just remember to take you time and not try to rush with high heat etc.

Easy Alfredo Sauce III

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
My friend and I had made some kick butt home made grilled chicken ravioli and was looking for a good sauce to go along with it. This sauce looked good and we tried it. VERY disappointing. The sauce was watery and thin. Cheese do not all melt. Will not do again

I am a single person and this recipe is easy to make and freeze and keep for later quick dinners. I also put a strip of bacon on the chicken before putting the salsa on. Gives a whole new flavor along with the seasonsings of the salsa and the taco seasoning. very very good
