Veggies and Chicken Casserole
I thought this was wonderful! I did put a little garlic salt in and used chicken broth instead of water. I also put french fried onions on top. Everyone liked it

Easy Chicken Balls
I didnt have ricotta cheese and thought it was just fine without it. I did as soemone else suggested and baked instead of fried these at 425 for 20 minutes... everyone finished their plates including my 5 and 2 year olds. Good recipe.

Chicken Spectacular
I looked at others comments before trying this and so I used uncle ben's wild rice with all the spices, mixed light miracle whip and light mayo and added some fried onions on top. YUM I went back for seconds, I never do that.
